Hong Kong FINE Climate Technology Co., Ltd. announces significant progress on its two REDD+ projects in Kalimantan, Indonesia.
## Project Overview
The two projects, registered under the Verra Verified Carbon Standard (VCS), adopt REDD+ methodology with nested CCB (Climate, Community & Biodiversity) standards:
- **Kalimantan #1 (Project #6085)**: Covering 87,000 hectares of tropical rainforest, this is the first project in the series. It is expected to be listed on the carbon market in July 2026.
- **Kalimantan #2 (Project #6128)**: Covering 47,000 hectares, this is the second project in the Kalimantan series, following the same REDD+ with nested CCB approach.
